Jantar

Hoje fui jantar ao RiverHouse em Windsor.
Comi:
-PAN FRIED BREAST OF ROYAL FARM PIGEON ON PUY LENTIL CASSEROLE AND PARSNIP PUREE
-BEEF WELLINGTON FROM THE SUSSEX HERD, RAISED ON AND EXCLUSIVELY SUPPLIED BY THE ROYAL FARMS, WINDSOR; MEDIUM RARE ROYAL FARM FILLET STEAK, TOPPED WITH MUSHROOM DUXELLE, WRAPPED IN PARMA HAM, ENCASED IN PUFF PASTRY AND SERVED WITH SAUTÉED NEW POTATOES AND WILTED SPINACH
-BRAMLEY APPLE AND ENGLISH RHUBARB CRUMBLE SERVED WITH ELDERFLOWER AND GINGER CLOTTED CREAM
-PEPPERMINT LEAVES ONLY WHOLE LEAVES GREAT AFTER A MEAL
não escolhi o vinho mas era tinto e acompanhava muito bem!
